Turtle Mountain Sustainable Ventures Inc. was created 2002 as a mechanism that enables local governments to share in the benefits and costs associated with growing new enterprises that expand the regional economy. The vision of TMSV Inc. is to advance the establishment of locally owned ventures that are ecologically and environmentally sustainable, improve the economic vitality of the region, increase regional exports and improve regional trade balances, and create sustainable employment and income producing opportunities to retain and encourage the return migration of the next generation of the work force.
